* As soon as we reach the 250 members in your continent, you can decide if you want to become a paying member and pay the €149.00 yearly fee or leave without any obligations.

How do I list my property?
To list your property, go to apply now and provide us the requested details and high-quality photos from your accommodation. We will list the accommodation for you.
Do I have a choice to accept or decline?
Yes you do have the choice of accepting or declinning a request.
How does the token system work?
Upon registration and after the payment, you receive your tokens. Use our search feature to browse registered properties. You can filter results based on location, accommodation type and amenities to find the perfect match.

What does it cost to Swop? (how many tokens)
- 1-2 guests: 2 tokens per night
- 5 star accommodations can charge double tokens
- Thereafter 1 token per person per night.
- No debits or credits are appicable for childer under 3 years of age
- A token is based on accommodation only
- Additional meals or services may be charged for
How to earn additional tokens?
- Accept bookings and host fellow members (the tokens they spend are allocated to your account)
- Recruit a new member and earn extra Swop tokens

Do I need to swop with the member that books with me?
No, you do not have to swop with the member that booked with you. You can make a booking with any member in any destination, national or international using your tokens.
How do I register?
- Complete the application form and agree to the Terms and Conditions;
- Once you receive your acceptance email and invoice, make your payment via our payment gateway (you won’t receive an invoice when you have chosen to wait until there are 250 members in your continent);
- When we have received all information needed for your listing we will do the listing for you;
